3.Savor the moment.

Sit at the dining table and enjoy the gift of food. Sip a drink between bites and avoid eating hurriedly. In order to avoid becoming conditioned into a programmed mindset, asking yourself these questions will help you decide what to eat.

  • What will it do for me?
  • What effect will it have on my body, my weight and, my health?
  • How will I feel after I eat it?
  • Will I feel energized and healthy or sluggish and guilty?
